Gillian Reroche is a registered dietitian with a focused interest in weight management, particularly supporting individuals utilizing GLP-1 therapies. Her work is rooted in delivering personalized, evidence-based nutrition care that ... empowers patients to navigate sustainable lifestyle changes. She is especially passionate about nutrition education and one-on-one counseling, where she can translate complex clinical concepts into practical, achievable strategies. In addition, she has a strong interest in diabetes management, helping individuals improve glycemic control while fostering a balanced and positive relationship with food.
