Her approach to care emphasizes education, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices, with the goal of helping patients improve their health and, when appropriate, reduce the need for medications through evidence-based lifestyle interventions. She is committed to building trusting, lasting relationships with her patients by listening to their concerns, respecting their values, and working together to achieve their health goals.
