Many reviewers specifically mentioned feeling comfortable with her during appointments, noting her caring, compassionate, and patient demeanor. The only notable opportunity for improvement mentioned in the reviews relates to wait times. One patient specifically noted waiting approximately 35-40 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time, which was longer than they were accustomed to. While this appears to be an isolated comment rather than a recurring theme, it suggests that appointment scheduling or patient flow might benefit from some attention.

Patient comments are gathered from our Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey and are displayed in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
